Farmer listed as Street Level Individuals busted in Buguias

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad Benguet- (June 1, 2021) – A farmer native of Hungduan Ifugao  listed as a street-level individual (SLI)  drug pusher was arrested in a joint buy-bust operation of Benguet PPO and PDEA Cordillera at Abatan, Buguias, Benguet in the afternoon of May 31.

Based on the report from Buguias MPS, PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE revealed that the arrested suspect was Eroll Baniaga Dinamling, 27 residing at Sitio Bito, Pilando, Bakun, Benguet.

Dinamling was arrested after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu weighing 0.15-gram worth of Php 1020.00 to the operative who acted as a poseur buyer in Abatan.

Seized from the suspect’s possession were another sachet of suspected shabu weighing 0.45-gram worth of Php 3,060.00; a keypad cellphone and the buy-bust money.

Markings and inventory of the seized items were made onsite witnessed by Barangay Kagawad of Abatan, Hon Edwin C. Eban and media representative, Mr. Joemar Sacpa.

After the conduct of medical examination and a drug test, Dinamling and all seized items were brought under the custody of Buguias MPS for documentation.

Further, a case for violation of Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (R.A 9165) is being prepared for filing at the prosecutor’s office. (PROCOR-PIO)
