Convicted drug personality, arrested again in Sabangan

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – (March 2, 2021) – A convicted drug personality was arrested following the implementation of search warrant in Sabangan, Mountain Province which yielded about P20K of suspected shabu in the afternoon of February 27, 2021.

In a report from the Sabangan MPS, the suspect Rizaldo Ngilac Pilo, 31 years old, farmer, a native of Banao, Bauko and presently residing at Nacagang, Tambingan, Sabangan, Mountain Province was arrested by the joint operatives of Sabangan MPS and PDEA Mountain Province.

The search yielded six sachets of suspected shabu weighing  more or less 3 grams with worth estimated at Php20,400.00, two pieces aluminum foil with traces of suspected shabu, one colored brown sling bag and one denim pants.

Further, the suspect was previously sentenced for same violation but was granted probation since 2019.

Drug evidence were inventoried onsite in the presence of Barangay Kagawad Doming Domes of Tambingan, Sabangan and Radyo Pilipinas, Cesar Bogen.

Meanwhile, the suspect will be facing charges for the Violation of Section 11 and 12 of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act. (PROCOR RPIO)
