BATANG PINOY OPENING CEREMONY

Young athletes representing Baguio in the annual Batang Pinoy national sports competition carry the city’s banner as they paraded in the opening ceremonies last November 23, 2024 at Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong, together with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, Councilors Isabelo Cosalan and Maximo Edwin Jr., City Administrator Bonifacio Dela Peña, Assistant City Administrator VJ Cawis and Sports Division head Gaudencio Gonzales also joined the parade.

Baguio’s very own archer Chass Mhaiven Colas led the Oath of Sportsmanship.
