BAGUIO CITY (April 18, 2026) In its continued effort to promote accessible healthcare services, Barangay Sto. Rosario Valley successfully conducted “Barangay Oplan Tuli 2026” alongside a bloodletting activity on Saturday, bringing essential medical services closer to the community.

The dual initiative highlights the barangay’s commitment to advancing public health through free and community-based programs. “Oplan Tuli” aims to support the health and hygiene of young boys through safe and supervised circumcision procedures, while the bloodletting activity encourages volunteerism and contributes to a life-saving blood supply for those in need.

The activity was carried out in collaboration with key partner institutions, including the ATAB Health Center, the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center operating team, the Barangay Health Team, and student volunteers from Pines City Colleges, who provided vital assistance throughout the event.

Barangay officials extended their heartfelt gratitude to all partner agencies and volunteers for their invaluable support in ensuring the success of the initiative. Special recognition was also given to the generous blood donors whose participation contributes directly to saving lives, as well as to the parents who entrusted their children to the program.

Officials emphasized that initiatives such as these reflect a unified effort to build a healthier, stronger, and more resilient community through collective action and sustained public service. #
