JOINT INSPECTION FLAGS ILLEGAL HOG RAISING IN BRGY. SAN VICENTE

Acting on complaints regarding a foul odor emanating from the creek easement, a joint inspection was conducted today, March 24, 2026, by the City Environment and Parks Management Office (CEPMO), Public Order and Safety Division (POSD), San Vicente Barangay Officials, and the Public Information Office (PIO).

The inspection confirmed the presence of hog-raising activities in the area. Consequently, the owners were issued notices of violation with corresponding penalties and were ordered to immediately cease all operations to protect the environment and public health. Photo by Neil Clark Ongchangco
