PNB Holdings Expands Tenant Mix with CHAGEE Lease Signing

PNB Holdings Corporation (PHC) has formalized a new partnership with CHAGEE Philippines, the international tea brand, through a ceremonial lease signing that reinforces its continued focus on curated, future-ready commercial spaces.

CHAGEE is recognized for its beverages centered on tea and for creating welcoming spaces that encourage connection and everyday moments of pause Its entry into PNB Makati Center adds a lifestyle-driven dimension to the development, aligning with the evolving expectations of today’s urban consumers.

Key leaders from both organizations, including PHC President Karlu T. Say and PHC CFO Ponciano S. Carreon, Jr., CHAGEE Philippines Country General Manager Sonny Tiong, and Deputy General Manager Ollie Rabatan, led the ceremonial signing of the lease agreement on March 9, 2026.

For PHC, the addition of CHAGEE strengthens the property’s tenant mix with a brand that combines experiential relevance and commercial appeal, an increasingly important factor in sustaining long-term asset value.

 PHC’s Say and CHAGEE’s Tiong shake hands at PNB Makati Center, celebrating the beginning of a partnership that makes tea “part of everyday moments in spaces where people can gather and connect.”

“We are excited to bring CHAGEE to a community that values quality and shared experiences,” Sonny Tiong said. “Our goal is to make tea part of everyday moments in spaces where people can gather and connect.”

CHAGEE is located on the Ground Floor of the PNB Makati Center.
