7 Highlands COPS awarded with Medalya ng Ugnayang Pampulisya

Seven police officers from the different units of Police Regional Office Cordillera were recognized during the Kick-Off Ceremony of the 27th PCR Month Celebration at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on July 4, 2022.

Coinciding with the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, the event was graced by Dr. Erneili Pampuan Dancel, PCSO Baguio-Benguet Branch Manager, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

As the highlights of the program, Dr. Dancel led the distribution of the medals to the deserving PROCOR personnel and she was assisted by NAPOLCOM-CAR Director, Ms. Editha Semillia-Puddoc; PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE and the other members of the PROCOR Command Group.

Recipients of the Medalya ng Ugnayang Pampulisya (Police Relations Medal) were:

PLTCOL REYNALDO BUAN of Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO) for actively participating in the conduct of “DUTERTE LEGACY CARAVAN” dubbed as “Pamana Ng Pagbabago Tungo Sa Ganap Na Kapayapaan” that benefited 776 residents of Pilar, Abra.

PCPT ABRAHAM LAZA and PCpl Melfred Beniyat of Benguet PPO for the conduct of “OPLAN BINADANG” wherein assorted groceries, beddings and cash were given to a family whose house was razed by a fire.

PCPT NAPOLEON LEDCHI and Pat Jayverly Dulnuan of Mountain Province PPO for providing assistance and awarding two students with certificates of scholarships through their best practice, “Ug-Ugbon Di Kapulisan, Usalen Ay Umey Ad Eskwelaan”.

PLT FRANCIS DANGIWAN III of Ifugao PPO for giving assorted groceries to two families with differently-abled members.

While, PCMS Joy Pitag of Kalinga PPO for implementing the PNP’s “KAPWA KO, SAGOT KO” program wherein a total of 517 individuals benefitted from the said activity. (PROCOR-PIO)
