52 PROCOR PERSONNEL TO UNDERGO PERC TRAINING

52 PROCOR cops will undergo the Police Explosive Reconnaissance Course (PERC) that was formally opened in a ceremony held at the Masigasig Grandstand in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on November 24, 2022.

The PERC is a 15-day training aimed to equip police officers with the knowledge and competency in the field of military explosives ordnance, detection, identification, explosive-related incident investigation, and target analysis, techniques & searching methods.

The opening ceremony was graced by the chief of the PROCOR Regional Operation Division (ROD), PCOL DAVY VICENTE M LIMMONG as the keynote speaker.

Present also were PLTCOL DYANN B BANGCAWAYAN, Assistant Chief of the Regional Special Training Unit (RSTU); PLTCOL FERDINAND OYDOK, Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD); and PLTCOL PELITA TACIO, Acting Chief of the Regional EOD and Canine Unit (RECU) – COR.

In his message, PCOL LIMMONG reminded everyone to learn and later on apply their newly gained knowledge for the good of the people and act appropriately in any given situation, especially during critical times.
