12 Units Modernized PUV launch

The KAARUBA Transport Service Cooperative received its Provisional Authority from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to operate the minibusses type under the modernization program for the city of Baguio. The route covers Baguio Plaza Trancoville vice versa. According to Hino Representative Stephen Santiago, “these are composed of 51 units but today 12 units are available and maybe after 2 months it will be completed for Baguio specific on barangay routes,”
