BAGUIO CITY โ€“ The 4th Panagbenga Fluvial Parade showcasing the Baguioโ€™s rich cultural heritage and environmental appreciation held on February 27, 2025, at Burnham Lake.

Organized by the Department of Tourism โ€“ Cordillera Administrative Region, the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. (BFFFI), and the City Government of Baguio, the event featured intricately designed floral boat floats, each symbolizing the beauty and history of the city and the Cordilleras.
