Recognizing their contributions and notable accomplishments in the PNP’s anti-criminality campaign, six PRO-CAR cops were awarded during the traditional Monday flag-raising ceremony held at the Multi-Purpose Center, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on September 9, 2024.

The six deserving personnel received their awards from the PRO-CAR Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, along with the members of the command group.

The Medalya ng Kagalingan (PNP Medal of Merit) was awarded to PMAJ JAMES ALLEN S DOGAO and PSMS Ramil B Binwag from the Baguio City Police Office for their exceptional service in executing a warrant of arrest on May 6, 2024. Their operation led to the arrest of an individual listed among the Regional Top Ten Illegal Drug Personalities in connection with a violation of Article II, Section 5 of R.A. 9165, which took place in Tabora St., Trancoville, Baguio City.

Similarly, PCPT JOWIE T MARTINEZ and PMSg Padilan P Supanga from the Apayao Police Provincial Office received the same award for their successful execution of a warrant of arrest on April 12, 2024. This operation led to the arrest of a suspect listed as the Number 7 Most Wanted Person at the Regional Level for the 2nd Quarter of CY 2024, in connection with a robbery with a homicide case in San Juan, Santa Marcela, Apayao.

Meanwhile, Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) was given to PCOL ARNOLD D RAZOTE and PCMS Angelita B Botiwtiw from the Regional Personnel and Record Management Division (RPRMD) for their outstanding contributions to PRO-CAR’s administrative initiatives.
