LGU BAGUIO SETS UP HELP BOOTHS FOR VACCINATION CARD DOWNLOADING

08 July 2021 – The city government of Baguio set up help booths to assist vaccinees who do not have smartphones or have no access to computers to download their COVID-19 Vaccination Passport and Vaccination Certificate.

Help booths were set up at the City Hall flag pole area as well as at the Rillera Bldg. in the city public market. Personnel thereat may also assist the public in their pre-registration to the website bauna.baguio.gov.ph which is the official vaccine registration portal of the city.

The help booths were set up after the social media pages of the city received inquiries on how to download their COVID-19 Vaccination Passport and Vaccination Certificate following the release of Resolution 124-B by the Interagency Task Force for Emerging Disease allowing the use of vaccine cards as an alternative to testing before travel requirement during the quarantine.

Here are the steps to download the COVID-19 Vaccination Passport and Vaccination Certificate:

* In your web browser, search bakuna.baguio.gov.ph and click SEARCH MASTERLIST.

* Type your name in the SEARCH BOX following the format: Last Name, Given Name and Middle Name then click SUBMIT.

3*Click VIEW VACCINATION QR PASSPORT to download or print, you can also screenshot this in your mobile phone.

*Click the DOWNLOAD VACCINATION CERTIFICATE and input your mobile number used in your registration to print or download your VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.
