High Value Drug personality nabbed in Mt. Province

A laborer listed as a High Value Individual (HVI) was arrested after the implementation of a search warrant in Brgy. Maba-ay, Bauko, Mt. Province in the morning of September 5, 2021.

According to reports submitted to the Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, joint operatives of Mt. Province PPO, RID-COR, RIU-14, CIDG, PDEA and RMFB 15,  implemented the search warrant issued by Hon. Gaslito Altatis Dumpayan, Presiding Judge, MTC, Bontoc Mt. Province which resulted in the arrest of Hulden Gadgadan Bangcolen, 29, native and resident of Mabaay, Bauko, Mt. Province.

During the implementation of the search warrant, found and confiscated at Bangcolen’s residence were three (3) pieces of heat-sealed plastic transparent sachet containing suspected shabu weighing 2.25 grams with PHP 15,300.00 Standard Drug Price (SDP) and other drug paraphernalia.

Markings and inventory of the seized pieces of evidence were done on-site in the presence of Barangay Officials Bernard T. Pasking & Domingo D. Litilit, and a media representative from Radyo Pilipinas Ceasar C. Boguen.

Bangcolen and the seized pieces of evidence were brought to Bauko MPS for documentation and proper disposition, while a case for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 is being prepared for filing against him.(PROCOR-PIO)
