SURPRISE INSPECTION AT ATHLETIC BOWL

Mayor Benjamin Magalong and 4Architect Johnny Degay of the City Buildings and Architecture Office (CBAO) conducted a surprise onsite inspection at the Baguio Athletic Bowl on March 16, 2026.

Upon evaluating the project’s status, the mayor expressed dissatisfaction with the current pace of construction. To ensure the facility is delivered to the public without further delay, Mayor Magalong has issued a formal directive to the contractor to immediately fast-track all remaining works and adhere to the original completion timeline.
