NATIONAL HONOREES OF THE LIWANAG AWARD 2025

The city government of Baguio congratulates Project KKK Community Initiatives and the Saint Louis University Sunflower Child and Youth Wellness Center for being National Honorees of the Liwanag Award 2025, and for their outstanding contributions to Mental Health Promotion, Psychosocial support, and inclusive community development.

The city also congratulates Paul Brian Baldoza for his outstanding contributions to community development, youth and mental health advocacy, and innovative approaches to health communication. Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, and city council members presented the framed copy of the city resolution during the February 16 Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds.
