CITY RECOGNIZES EMPLOYEE BAR PASSERS.

The city government of Baguio, represented by Acting Mayor Faustino Olowan, Acting Vice Mayor Edison Bilog, and city council members, awarded the certificate of recognition to Atty. Kathleen Camille Bilog and Atty. Jocelyn Cagay-an for passing the 2025 Philippine Bar Examination conducted in September 2025.
