We wish to warn all our member consumer owners (MCOs) that individuals are pretending to be employees of BENECO and asking our MCOs to send them payment of electricity bills through GCash transfer.

We wish to inform our MCOs that we do not collect nor we do not allow payment transactions through GCash transfer. Instead, everyone is advised to use bill payment under the GCash application and search for BENECO to ensure that your payment will be credited to your account.
