DOTr-CAR Delivers Motorcycle Plates to PRO CAR Personnel under OPLAN WARAS PLAKA

In a proactive move to streamline government services, the Department of Transportation – Cordillera Administrative Region (DOTr-CAR) distributed motorcycle license plates to personnel of the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative (PRO CAR) as part of OPLAN WARAS PLAKA.

The ceremonial distribution, held on August 4, 2025, at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, was led by DOTr-CAR Regional Director PBGEN GLENN G DUMLAO (Ret.) and PRO CAR Regional Director PBGEN ERICSON D DILAG. 

During the program, 90 license plates were handed over to PNP personnel and their relatives. This initiative aligns with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s call in his recent State of the Nation Address (SONA), urging agencies to bring services closer to the public.

In his message, PBGEN DUMLAO reinforced DOTr-CAR’s commitment to expanding plate distribution by delivering the service to police camps and stations, ensuring faster, more efficient public service. 

“To all of you, please help us. We cannot do this alone. You serve as our partners in OPLAN WARAS PLAKA and as vital links to the community,” he added.

This community-driven strategy, supported by the Department of Transportation – CAR, eliminates the need for individuals to claim plates at DOTr offices, significantly enhancing convenience and accessibility. It underscores DOTr-CAR’s dedication to improving service delivery by meeting citizens where they are, simplifying processes, reducing inconvenience, and upholding the agency’s mission of efficiency, accessibility, and compassion.
