Dela Rosa crowned as Little Miss Panagbenga 2023
BAGUIO CITY – Twenty candidates of Little Miss Panagbenga 2023 showed their talents and beauty that wowed the audience and witnesses to be crowned as Little Miss Panagbenga 2023 held at Malcolm Square, Peoples Park on March 5, 2023.
Mariver “Vell Watson” Agayas, chief executive officer and organizer of the event said, “Welcome to the 13th Anniversary celebration of the Little Miss Panagbenga Pageant it is an honored to be standing you today as we celebrate the beauty and talents of the young girls who have participated in this pageant throughout the years for over a decade Little Miss Panagbenga has been a platform by numbers to showcase their skills, aspirations and promote our rich cultural heritage,”
“I am so excited and so you to witness the next generation of empowered and confident young girls will continue to meet a different in their communities so, let us all celebrate these milestones together and move forward to the bright future ahead, Welcome to our Little Miss Panagbenga 2023,”
”There is a 10% overall audience impact, kaya makakatulong ang inyong boto para sa suporta sa inyong mga candidates,” Ms. Agayas said.
The talent portion will consist of 30%, gown is 20%, sportswear 20% Panagbenga attire 20% and audience impact 10%
Finally, the judges announced the winners of Little Ms. Panagbenga 2023, for 1st Runner-up, 2nd runner-up, 3rd runner-up, 4th runner-up, and who will be crowned as Little Ms. Panagbenga.
A Ten-year-old Friazelle Kate Dela Rosa (candidate no. 6) was crowned as Little Miss Panagbenga 2023.
For First runner-up was Sczaiya Cha Requilman (Candidate no. 20) followed by Zaphira Jugal (Candidate no.18), 2nd runner-up; Zoey Luxx Van Cleave (Candidate no.14), 3rd runner-up; and Lian Rian Lazaro (Candidate no. 11), 4th runner-up.
