ABRA PPO SENDS OFF PERSONNEL FOR ABRENIAN KAWAYAN FESTIVAL 2023

A total of 567 police officers from Abra Police Provincial (PPO) are now set and ready for the celebration of the Abrenian Kawayan Festival 2023, after the send-off ceremony held at  Camp Col Juan Villamor, Calaba, Bangued, Abra on February 28, 2023.

The ceremony was spearheaded by PCOL MALY C CULA, Provincial Director of Abra PPO together with PLTCOL JOEL K DUMAR, Abra PPO Deputy Provincial Director for Operations, and other Key Personnel of Abra PPO.

According to PCOL CULA,  police officers from the Provincial Headquarters; Abra Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFC); 1504th Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 (RMFB15); and the Provincial Support Units were dispatched to ensure peace and order for the whole duration of the festival.

PCOL CULA in his message urged the personnel to maintain their composure, pour their dedication, and remain steadfast to the call for public service. He also said that the goal to safeguard the Abrenios and maintain peace and order in the province will be realized with everyone’s full cooperation.

The Provincial Director also urged the public to cooperate and follow the set rules and regulations during the festival and immediately report crime incidents to police officers. (PROCOR-PIO / File photos)
